Cream of warmly spiced carrot, sweet potato soup (v)

Ham hock terrine, pea puree, crispy black pudding and quail’s egg (can be gf)

Festive melon & fruits, seasonal fruit sorbet, (v) (gf)

Coarse smoked mackerel pate, dill pickled cucumber, toasted brown bread

King scallops, crispy pancetta and a pui lentil bed with salsa verde oil (gf)

Duo of smoked chicken, chicken and wild mushroom parfait, Cumberland sauce, toast (can be gf)

M A I N   C O U R S E

Carved turkey breast, festive stuffing, pigs in blankets, proper gravy

Slow-cooked, sticky beef blade steak, red wine gravy, horseradish mash 

Confit duck leg, tomato, chorizo and bean stew (gf)

Oven roasted belly pork, parsnip and apple puree, black pudding, cider and wholegrain mustard gravy

Pan fried Salmon fillet, sautéed spinach, dill and lemon hollandaise sauce

Puy lentil, Portabella mushroom, chestnut and root vegetable hot pot (v) (gf)

Aged fillet steak, twice cooked chips, pepper sauce
