We have tables upstairs and downstairs so for any mobility restrictions please let us know in the comments box. Please take note of our deposit policy below.
We aim to email a booking confirmation within 24 hours (Please note we are closed from 5.30pm Sunday to 11am Tuesday). If not received please check your Spam and telephone the restaurant 01226 791245
Deposit Policy
Due to an increasingly large number of party bookings cancelling at either unacceptably short notice, or worse not showing for their reservation without any notification, it is with great regret that for parties of 4 diners and more that a deposit of £15 per person is required to secure your booking here at Beatson House.
In the event a problem occurs, and we receive a clear cancellation from you of 48 hours or more before your reservation, we will transfer your deposit to another date.
Any cancellation within the 48 hour period and your deposit will be completely forfeit.
However if your party is reduced in numbers and you still notify us 48 hours or more before your reservation and still attend as booked, we will offset the full deposit as normal against the final bill. Should you not notify us of any reduction in numbers inside the 48 hour period and still attend only the deposits for the diners present at the time of the reservation will be offset against the final bill.
The reason for this policy is to protect us from turning away other diners which we have done on several occasions to ensure that we honour your booking, only to find due to the short notice of the customer cancellation that we do not have the opportunity to resell the table.
